A man was gunned down at Brooks Car Wash in French Quarter around 9:30am on Sunday after a fracas broke out and several shots were fired among rival parties.
The dead man has been identified as Arinaldo Hanley (24), a Motorworld employee, whom an acquaintance described as a quiet person who never got into trouble. “He was always very respectable and never in problems,” the friend said after hearing the devastating news yesterday.
A second person M.B. was shot on the scene, reportedly multiple times in his foot, and was rushed to Louis Constant Medical Centre.
