UPDATED: QUESTIONS OF RETALIATION………………AMADOR JONES, GONE AT 36

In St Peters/LB Scott Road, there are no clear answers, about the death of Amador Jones, who

was shot last night at a bar, across from the Jose Lake Ballpark.

Just ran into Gromyko Wilson, but then I ran into friends and neighbors of Jones

who questioned whether is death was a retaliation.

Amador Jones had served time previously for the accidently shooting death of  one of the Williams twins.

Ernest, and Erving Williams had been close friends with Jones,

and shooting was ruled an accident.

Last night’s shooting however was no accident/

The shooter who was clearly identifiable to everyone, evidently left his jacket somewhere near the scene in Saunders,

where it was found and turned in to the Police Dept.

  1. First of all this death of my cousin Mr Williams was 6 years ago! Please keep my family name out of this issue! If it was in relation I dnt think people would have waited 6 years! Jones was like by some and hated by many… I wanted my family to be kept out of this especially if te police has no suspects. Let me cousin continue to rest in peace! Oh and by the way what time did he serve none but the time he spent while going to court! There is no such thong as an accidental shooting how about we talk about that huh! Please listen if the police do not have a suspect do not slander my families name in VAIN,

    Thank you

    • Nobody accused anyone of anything, i live in the same neighbor hood, people asked the question, i posted it as a question.
that’s why the title began: Question………
And I posted that it was simply a question asked in the neighborhood, and I encouraged people to refer to the police for the official report.
I’m doing what blogger do, something happened, and I didn’t just right about the incident, I wrote about the mood on the block that was it.
I went to school with all of them, I’m not here slandering anyone. I posed a question that was mentioned and asked on various sites. No one has
said that any family was involved. In fact, certain sites are calling it a gangland style killing. We only questioned whether there could have been a connection.
I don’t believe that anyone, in anyway believe that the Williams were involved in anything. The culprit will be caught, and all questions will be answered. Everyone is stunned, and everyone has questions and theories, there was no insinuation that the williams had anything to do with it.

  2. My issue with the matter is this: with the amount of families, homes and individuals that Mr. Jones has allegdly disrupted with his criminal mindset and behavior over the past multitude of years, Why the Williams? Have we spent the last six years on a podium screaming injustice, betrayal and a thirst for revenge? Have we perhaps savagely accosted the murderer and stood in line demanding our pounds of flesh? No, we’ve peacefully taken the truth for what we know it to be and done the best we could to move on with our lives. Does that seem like vengeful behavior to you? Furthermore, if your post is entitled Questions (mind you… plural) of Retaliation…. [and blah blah blah], why is it only 1 general question (notice the change) is being brought about and pondered: ‘Is this specific family involved?’. The crime rate on this ‘friendly island’ is currently constantly on the rise. Is/ was he such a man that could not possibly also be randomly caught in the binds of this growing problem, that so much more and even younger indviduals were subjected to? And on another note, who are you to judge the manner of this shooting? Were you present at the dispute to present an accurate assessment to the general public? Because quite frankly anything is possible. If a sleeping man in his locked room can be ‘accidently’ shot in his neck in the wee hours of the morning, I deem it quite believable that a lively man out and about at night in the St. Peters area BY A BAR can be shot accidently regardless of what his criminal record may be. Bottom line here, a man was shot and killed, yes it was tragic. End of story. There is no need to sensationalize the incident by dragging a still grieving family into it. There are many moods of the matter on many blocks. Yet I don’t see any of the others posted here. If you wish to depict the opinions of the public, perhaps you’d be wise to do more research and be more thorough. I’m sure you’ll find much more stories and theories out there. And I’ll sit and wait to see how many of those others will also be published and ‘questioned’…..

    • i believe, that people believe that it’s gang related, and might be connected to the “bling bling” gang that they were all connected to.
people believe that it’s more of a dutch quarter, st peters thing, rather than a family thing. I can’t see anywhere where it says any family was involved.
It simply states the correct christian name of the that he was accused of accidently shooting. How is that sensationalizing? Of course if there is one person involved in two gun murders, the police are going to look at connections. How does writing the correct name of a victim condemn anyone?
Your anger is misguided. Both Amador Jones, and the Williams twins were in the so called “bling bling” gang. Jones according to reports, killed one twin, with the other twin present. Amador Jones was shot and killed last night, so people are going to question whether there was a connection. How that is sensationalizing anything, I cannot comprehend. With an official investigation, the first thing that they are going to look at, will be to see if there’s a connection. This blog has been quite respectful, I’m sorry for your grieve, but it is the question on everyones minds. And when it comes to judging the manner of the shooting, I can’t find it in this blog, or any of these blogs. I believe your anger is misplaced, if you want to see people actually disrespecting the dead, go to the other blogs where the comments are just vicious. And you’ll be surpised at what I know, and who I know, and what I’ve known for a long time. Let see if you send letters to the local papers, the police and the other blog sites when they ask the question. I know that you’re upset. But just because I posted the question before anyone else makes me insensitive. You’re making it seem like we’re trying to blame a family, when everyone was clearly in a gang, and it appears to be gang related, not family related. I don’t know what else to tell you. Someone closed to me was murdered a few years ago,and it was the only thing on the news for weeks. After a while I simply quit watching the news channels, and quit googling the murder to find out more info. I had to, because as long as there is a crime, there will be questions, and the questions will be repeated and rehashed all over the internet, radio and tv. The only thing that I can tell you is to stay off the blogs that you consider to be sensationalistic.

    • At Kellene. I think this situation is very sensative. None of the ‘lost’ boys were exactly innocent. You said that the blogger misrepresented the issue by stating ‘questions’ while he only asked one and implied that the Williams’ were involved. He/she never said that. You seem to trying to play smart in your response, but you respond incorrectly. First of all,if more than one person ask a question, then its ‘questions’ regardless if it’s the same question that everyone is asking. Secondly the blogger pointed out that the court decided Amador had accidentally shot and killed someone. Nowhere did this posting state that people suspected the Williams family of this crime. Another point is the ‘retaliation’. You took offence to this word, but i don’t see why. It makes no sense. Just because the blogger mentions the the accidental killing and says people were wondering about whether Amador’s killing was in retaliation, doesn’t mean he/she is implying or accusing your family of doing it. Retaliation could come from any source. Someone mad because he once beat them up,stepped on their shoe or even maybe taken the parking spot they were planning to park in. So why don’t you stop trying to sensationalize this and incorrectly create drama and hate or fear about your family and just take time to read what someone wrote in plain English. It’s hard enough that we all run around knocking out each other because of true misconceptions much less to create drama and stress where it doesn’t exist.

  3. There you go with wrong information again !
Were you @ Williams residence when Erwin was shot?
What took place in Erwin room, only he and Amador knows!
Ernest was not present.YOU need to keep off the blog.

    • according to the archive of the Daily Herald, Amador Jones walked in, greeted one twin, then entered another room, to speak to the other twin.
They were fooling around in the other room with a gun, when it went off. Therefore both twins WERE PRESENT, even if one twin was in the other room.
I’m waiting for your next question. And I highly encourage you to contact your local media, who’ve been publishing these false report of Amador Jones and the William Twins being in a bling bling gang. And both twins being present at the first murder, albeit in another room.
You see, even if you are in the bathroom, while the murder goes on in the bedroom, you are still present on/at the premises.
Now I’m waiting for you to contact Hilbert Haar at the Today paper, about him repeating what’s going on online. He covered the internet rumour mill on his front page, and on page 3. His number is 542 9558. So you probably wanna start with him, since he’s considered mainstream, and tell him to stop sensationalizing this murder.
I don’t know what your exact point is. You are clearly upset, and writing with your emotions. I know, because I do it all the time. I’m simply a blogger, I’ve reached millions through my VLOGS! Head over to bibi and samuel allen, and let them know how you feel, then contact the prosecutor, the daily herald and the rest.
Don’t know why you jumped on me. I’M NOBODY. Just ask your local press and government.

  4. Point #1 I am not mad @ anyone. #2 My comment made reference to your wrong information. #3 Ernest was not present when his brother was shot.#4 I don’t need to call Daily Herald or any of your suggestions.# 5.you need to do that because that is your sourse of misinformation.#6 . As you said you are just a nobody,a blogger,I respect that, but newspapers are just that “newspapers”,I was reading all the comments and so I made my comment also.

    • i respect that, if you read the bylines, below this blog title, you will see that our motto is: dissecting the sxm media.
and that is exactly what this is. I actually have to research, and read outdated papers, and take from that. My cousin has EVERY SINGLE TODAY AND DAILY HERALD going back almost 8 years. So when I say dissecting the local media, that’s what it means. Very few of these stories are first source.
We take what the online media is saying, and we take what the onland media is saying, and we try to make a hodgepodge of diffferent perspectives.
What I will do is go back to the source of the original articles in both papers, and upload the scan.
Hope that that satisfies you, and btw….I know who you are.
You can contact me personally about this .
      peace

    • Not quite sure what your stress is here. Where was Ernest when Erving got killed? Out on the block, supermarket, gas station, buying food perhaps? I mean you keep insisting he wasn’t there,so why not tell us readers exactly where he was? The only way to fight misinformation is to tell the truth. I wasn’t even on the island when all of this happened and i never asked Ernest where the hell he was, cause to me it didn’t seem that important at the time. What was important was the loss, just as Amador’s death is in my opinion a loss. Maybe not to you,but certainly to others. We all know the media gets shit wrong sometimes and could work a little better at organizing facts, but if you don’t do anything to fix that then in my opinion you’re just as wrong as the people who spread lies and rumors. Cause if no one corrects a mistake and they let the lie spread even when they know the truth, then they are helping to keep the truth buried and are just as bad as the people who tell the stories. No one ever knows all the truth and can only operate on what they ASSUME is the truth. And for your information,if you’re at home when the phone rang, then you ARE AT HOME. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the toilet and the phone is in the living room, then you’re PRESENT. There is a difference between being present at a place/scene and being witness to an event. You can be present at the scene but at the same time not be a witness to the event that took place at the scene. BTW you say you’re not mad,but it sure seems as if you are!

  5. As for you Antropofaga, why would you tell Anonymous ‘i know who you are’? Just seems to me that after the way your convo was going that adding a comment like that would piss him/her off. As if you’re threatening or trying to intimidate. Even if it’s not your intention, that’s the way it seems. You should be careful how you speak to people. Wouldn’t want them misunderstanding you more and by the way things are going it’s easy to start beef. Just a thought…..

    • i’m a 115 pounds lol, i don’t threaten anyone
I threatened to kick julian rollocks’ ass all over the internet
      and I did that
but when i comes to violence and stuff like that, it would have to be self defense.
And I don’t start beef. Do you know that if you post comments about assasinating the president, the feds will be at your door in hours?
that’s because most things are traceable online.
      It’s def not a threat, it’s just a thought.

    • def not a threat, sometimes people communicate with me in private, and they comment. People are always free to comment to me in private. I’ve removed post and pictures, when people just contact me and tell me to, if I agree with them. So since this person and I communicate, I wondered why they simply didn’t tell me in private, rather than posting that I was wrong, when i got the info from the mainstream media. Nothing should be taken as a threat, but you get more done, if you contact me privately, if something that i blog is incorrect or whatever. So I should make that statement, people contact me ALL the time, and say remove my pictures etc etc, and I do it.
      never a prob

        • yes i knew amador to be a cool person, went to school with him and his brother.
I think i met you at ling lings restaurant.
NO WHERE IN THIS ARTICLE IS ANYTHING BAD OR NEGATIVE SAID ABOUT AMADOR JONES.
          and you have my sympathy,

        • n for all the mother fuckerrs uot there suck on my dick becuas your mom yold me she loves me

        • i left sxm a long time ago, just a couple years after ur uncle omar came to holland to study,so im not sure how many kids Amador ended up having, but the first 2 were wid my best friend. i wont ask which of his kids u r,but just curious….u from sucker garden? anyway i understand ur mad and sad. u lost ur father,so accept my sympathies. u and ur family. i hope u make something wonderful out of ur life,ur dad dying doesnt mean u r lost. and it doesnt mean u need to start being all gangsta to avenge him. whoever did this wicked will pay somehow. take care!

        • Thats right stand up for your dad. make him proud, he is a great father and he will always be watching over you. I know that for a fact. My mom watches over me too. So i know how you feel right now. Hold your head high……We are praying for you and your family.

  6. They definitely were not a part of the Bling-Bling gang. Bling-Bling consisted of a whole other bunch of jokers..

    • @AnneNonimous lol. i bet u wouldnt have da balls to go tell any member of da bling-bling clan da they are jokers. its easy to play big when u behind a pc being anonymous. fact is none of these so-call gangs or wanna be gangstas or thugs r ppl to play wid. if they were,Jackie wouldnt have lost her son,Awaski wouldnt have lost his father,Panchito wouldnt still be ‘missing’,bodies in garbage sacks or dumped alongside roads wouldnt be common,Brenda’s killer wouldnt still be free, kids wouldnt be getting gangbanged, stores getting robbed and shopkeepers like Eric wouldnt be 6feet under, innocent ppl like my mom wouldnt be getting stalked while going out for a morning jog and kids like Gerald wouldnt have bullets shredding their bodies as they stand in where is supposed to be ‘safe’ terrority etc etc etc etc .
why dont u stop acting like some of these damn TERRORISTS are more cooler or badder dan the other. they r ALL f*cking menaces to society. Period!! and u know u might be feeling like u cooler or more nformed dan me,but remember, just like how u sitting unknown behind ur pc,so am i. difference between u and me is that i fear no one and i dont have to hide behind a screen name and i know 95% of these ppl u talking bout. and and they KNOW ME TOO. u know dem? u brave enuff to step to dem? post ur pic here,i dare u. its ppl like u who help make sxm a crappy unsafe island. acting like any of this shit is normal. i bet ur the type who came on here dissing Amador and saying he did this or that. u didnt even see the tradegy is the loss of another sxm youth(dont care if he was already 36)life is life. instead of being here trying to start stress or pitt one group against another,y dont u go find something positive to do wid ur time.

  7. if he was a muderer he only killed murderers if he was a drug dealer he only stole from other drugdealers amador jones was hated by many and loved by few.he was a son a father a brother and a friend to many.so please stop making him out to be a monster.all who talking about him one way or another allu use to kiss his ass.his family never made no excuses for what he did ,and they never hide the type of life he lived.allu talking about a man that allu knows nothing about.if u knew who u was talking about then u woul’d know the shooting with the twin was a accident.so plaese leave the soul of mr.williams and mr.jones rest in peace.st.maarten full of bad ppl and he was not the worst, and he was never condemned for a murder or for drugs, all of u who accuse him worst than him.amador jones was not part of the bling bling ,he wasn’t a part of no gang,he was a one man soulja.love going to his family his friends and the children that he left behind .ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE HIM(C.I.D)FOR LIFE.

  8. I live miles away and it breaks my heart to hear that our youths are being neglected. I was wondering what programs does SXM have for the youths to part take in to keep them constructive after leaving jail? Are there programs that enable the youths to get a skill, to enhance their skills, to enforce education, job training? How are SXM youths involve in their communities? What network do the government have in place to get the SXM youths working and making them part of society? Is there a facility for misunderstood youths to go to for support? What support system is out there that allow the youths a “Chance” a “Change” and Opportunity to be part of the solution and not a outsider? Our youths are our future right? at this rate the future of SXM youths look dreadfully frightening.

    • it’s worse than you think Sharien. How can education and health be a priority, when they need to get more guns on the streets as quickly as possible,
and the second priority is two new brothels and 80 new hookers. The week that National Alliance leader William Marlin could find neither a bed, nor a doctor at the medical center, our government was giving press conferences on the newest whore houses, and about passing the gun law without parliaments approval.
that is the st maarten governments priority. Now they are calling Minister of Justice Roland Duncan the “top cop”. The top cop’s driver just ran over a four year old, they tried to bury the story, the same driver just got out of jail, he rehired her. The same driver was fired from her job as a vks police officer, she is in his employ, so if you can’t turst the “top cop” to do the right thing, what hope is there for St Maarten. The Top Cop has his own scandals tied into the bogus Brooks Tower Agreement, he is involved in the Tourism scandal, and the per diem mess, he has been named as one of the people in the government owned businesses scandal investigation. And yet people call him THE PRIME MINISTER OF JUSTICE! St Maarten is going to hell in a palm-woven handbasket.

      • where can i find that story ur talking about? i never saw or heard anything about it. i have a sneaking suspicion i know this vks officer. link me or direct me to the article where i can se this story. as for ur critisms of minister duncan, well lets agree to disagree for now on that subject. cause i know the man personally and i know certain things might rub ppl the wrong way,but as far as the law is concern, the man knows his shit. but if politicians ever did exactly what we all expect of think is decent, then they wouldnt be politicians. i think the whole system is flawed and until we start kicking up a storm and taking charge,we going always be left wid da helpless feeling and discontent against our government officials.

  9. THIS ARTCLE IS A MUST READ>>>>>>BECAUSE you can be TRACED.

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Lying on his family room floor with assault weapons trained on him, shouts of “pedophile!” and “pornographer!” stinging like his fresh cuts and bruises, the Buffalo homeowner didn’t need long to figure out the reason for the early morning wake-up call from a swarm of federal agents.

That new wireless router. He’d gotten fed up trying to set a password. Someone must have used his Internet connection, he thought.

“We know who you are! You downloaded thousands of images at 11:30 last night,” the man’s lawyer, Barry Covert, recounted the agents saying. They referred to a screen name, “Doldrum.”

“No, I didn’t,” he insisted. “Somebody else could have but I didn’t do anything like that.”

“You’re a creep … just admit it,” they said.

Law enforcement officials say the case is a cautionary tale. Their advice: Password-protect your wireless router.

Plenty of others would agree. The Sarasota, Fla. man, for example, who got a similar visit from the FBI last year after someone on a boat docked in a marina outside his building used a potato chip can as an antenna to boost his wireless signal and download an astounding 10 million images of child porn, or the North Syracuse, N.Y., man who in December 2009 opened his door to police who’d been following an electronic trail of illegal videos and images. The man’s neighbor pleaded guilty April 12.

For two hours that March morning in Buffalo, agents tapped away at the homeowner’s desktop computer, eventually taking it with them, along with his and his wife’s iPads and iPhones.

Within three days, investigators determined the homeowner had been telling the truth: If someone was downloading child pornography through his wireless signal, it wasn’t him. About a week later, agents arrested a 25-year-old neighbor and charged him with distribution of child pornography. The case is pending in federal court.

It’s unknown how often unsecured routers have brought legal trouble for subscribers. Besides the criminal investigations, the Internet is full of anecdotal accounts of people who’ve had to fight accusations of illegally downloading music or movies.

Whether you’re guilty or not, “you look like the suspect,” said Orin Kerr, a professor at George Washington University Law School, who said that’s just one of many reasons to secure home routers.

Experts say the more savvy hackers can go beyond just connecting to the Internet on the host’s dime and monitor Internet activity and steal passwords or other sensitive information.

A study released in February provides a sense of how often computer users rely on the generosity — or technological shortcomings — of their neighbors to gain Internet access.

The poll conducted for the Wi-Fi Alliance, the industry group that promotes wireless technology standards, found that among 1,054 Americans age 18 and older, 32 percent acknowledged trying to access a Wi-Fi network that wasn’t theirs. An estimated 201 million households worldwide use Wi-Fi networks, according to the alliance.

The same study, conducted by Wakefield Research, found that 40 percent said they would be more likely to trust someone with their house key than with their Wi-Fi network password.

For some, though, leaving their wireless router open to outside use is a philosophical decision, a way of returning the favor for the times they’ve hopped on to someone else’s network to check e-mail or download directions while away from home .

“I think it’s convenient and polite to have an open Wi-Fi network,” said Rebecca Jeschke, whose home signal is accessible to anyone within range.

“Public Wi-Fi is for the common good and I’m happy to participate in that — and lots of people are,” said Jeschke, a spokeswoman for the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a San Francisco-based nonprofit that takes on cyberspace civil liberties issues.

Experts say wireless routers come with encryption software, but setting it up means a trip to the manual.

The government’s Computer Emergency Readiness Team recommends home users make their networks invisible to others by disabling the identifier broadcasting function that allows wireless access points to announce their presence. It also advises users to replace any default network names or passwords, since those are widely known, and to keep an eye on the manufacturer’s website for security patches or updates.

People who keep an open wireless router won’t necessarily know when someone else is piggybacking on the signal, which usually reaches 300-400 feet, though a slower connection may be a clue.

For the Buffalo homeowner, who didn’t want to be identified, the tip-off wasn’t nearly as subtle.

It was 6:20 a.m. March 7 when he and his wife were awakened by the sound of someone breaking down their rear door. He threw a robe on and walked to the top of the stairs, looking down to see seven armed people with jackets bearing the initials I-C-E, which he didn’t immediately know stood for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

“They are screaming at him, ‘Get down! Get down on the ground!’ He’s saying, ‘Who are you? Who are you?'” Covert said.

“One of the agents runs up and basically throws him down the stairs, and he’s got the cuts and bruises to show for it,” said Covert, who said the homeowner plans no lawsuit. When he was allowed to get up, agents escorted him and watched as he used the bathroom and dressed.

The homeowner later got an apology from U.S. Attorney William Hochul and Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Agent in Charge Lev Kubiak.

But this wasn’t a case of officers rushing into the wrong house. Court filings show exactly what led them there and why.

On Feb. 11, an investigator with the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees cybersecurity enforcement, signed in to a peer-to-peer file sharing program from his office. After connecting with someone by the name of “Doldrum,” the agent browsed through his shared files for videos and images and found images and videos depicting children engaged in sexual acts.

The agent identified the IP address, or unique identification number, of the router, then got the service provider to identify the subscriber.

Investigators could have taken an extra step before going inside the house and used a laptop or other device outside the home to see whether there was an unsecured signal. That alone wouldn’t have exonerated the homeowner, but it would have raised the possibility that someone else was responsible for the downloads.

After a search of his devices proved the homeowner’s innocence, investigators went back to the peer-to-peer software and looked at logs that showed what other IP addresses Doldrum had connected from. Two were associated with the State University of New York at Buffalo and accessed using a secure token that UB said was assigned to a student living in an apartment adjacent to the homeowner. Agents arrested John Luchetti March 17. He has pleaded not guilty to distribution of child pornography.

Luchetti is not charged with using his neighbor’s Wi-Fi without permission. Whether it was illegal is up for debate.

“The question,” said Kerr, “is whether it’s unauthorized access and so you have to say, ‘Is an open wireless point implicitly authorizing users or not?’

“We don’t know,” Kerr said. “The law prohibits unauthorized access and it’s just not clear what’s authorized with an open unsecured wireless.”

In Germany, the country’s top criminal court ruled last year that Internet users must secure their wireless connections to prevent others from illegally downloading data. The court said Internet users could be fined up to $126 if a third party takes advantage of their unprotected line, though it stopped short of holding the users responsible for illegal content downloaded by the third party.

The ruling came after a musician sued an Internet user whose wireless connection was used to download a song, which was then offered on an online file sharing network. The user was on vacation when the song was downloaded.

  10. I know u propbably didnt mean it as a threat. all i aying is that it sounded like one. or at the very least like a yeah Ahole i know who u be kind of statemnet. check? besides,if ur a badass size wont matter. i weighed 120 and peopla were afraid of me,cause i wasnt afraid of anyone and i made sure i won every fight. i dont find u should retract or remove anything u post. if something is offensive or incorrect, just make corrections and if necessary make apologies. there will always be things ppl wont like or agree wid. u cant please everyone. so except in cases where u just really off or its bad,u should stick to ur point.

  11. I have been reading all these different blogs and I can understand from both point of view but I think that the person that posted their question/s should have stop from the time the individual family member naturally got upset about what was said. Even if the family member took it the wrong way I think the conversation should have ended there. Then to see one of his kids upset about it the conversation should have definetly stopped.. My family was also hurt by Jones actions but I believe in God and God will be my judge. Only God can say if he or any other acussed person is guilty.. How ever I was hurt by his actions I forgive him long ago.. Because in the end I was not there and no matter the amount of evidence that was found that says nothing to me. Many innocent people have gone to jail for things they know nothing about so let God do his job he don’t need our help.. That’s my opinion of course..
