SHIGEMOTO HAS BEEN SERVED!!! BY BAS ROORDA’S LAWYERS

Mr “WE ARE NOT A BANANA REPUBLIC” Shigemoto, has confirmed,

that he’s been served, by Bas Roorda’s lawyers.

Bas Roorda made a bid for re-instatement, but has fled to the Netherlands, due to death threats.

Roorda was fired by the Council of Ministers on Thursday, for sharing confidential information with a third party.

According to the Today, who claim to have spoken to Roorda directly, Roorda was fired after turning over evidence of wrongdoing that could be subject to prosecution, meaning that he turned over information on criminal activity.

People are questioning the fact that his firing might simply being retaliation for “bussing the bucket”.

So far Frans Richardson is the only politician, who seems to be included in the criminal investigation documents.

Hiro Shigemoto laughed at the link claims saying, “It is baseless, without grounds. We are not a banana republic. The Public Prosecutor’s Office has its role to play. We are a country governed by laws and nobody is above the law. The Council of Ministerss did not fire the Interim Head of Finance because he allegedly filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office with respect to anny alleged wrongdoings of other government officials.” This is a direct quote, to the Daily Herald, and was taken from the Daily Herald, But according to Roorda’s account of the event in todays’ Today paper…..

IN LAST WEEK’S MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF MINSTERS, ROORDA WAS PUT UNDER PRESSURE AND URGED NOT TO FILE HIS COMPLAINT AT THE PROSCUTOR’S OFFICE. “I TOLD THEM THAT THIS IS NOT THE AUTHORITY OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS,”

ROORDA SAID YESTERDAY. “I BECAME AWARE OF EMBEZLEMENT THROUGH MY WORK AND I HAVE ANOBLIGATION TO REPORT THIS. IF I DON’T DO THAT, I BECOME AN ACCOMPLICE.”

WHEN IT BECAME CLEART THAT HE WOULD NOT BACK DOWN, JUSTICE MINISTER ROLAND DUNCAN (HIRE SHIGEMOTO’S FATHER IN LAW) DECLARED ACCORDING TO ROORDA;” IN THAT CASE THIS IS YOUR LAST APPEARANCE IN THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS..”
